Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- Mixed paint products (including custom colour matches)
- Opened containers of any paint or chemical products
- Used decorating tools and supplies
- Opened adhesives and fillers
- Products that have been tinted or customised

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
