Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Returned with all original labels and tags attached

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Mixed paint products (including custom colour matches)
  • Opened containers of any paint or chemical products
  • Used decorating tools and supplies
  • Opened adhesives and fillers
  • Products that have been tinted or customised

This policy specifically applies to products from our ranges including: Chalkboard paint, Cuprinol, Damp & anti-mould paint, Decking paint, Door paint, Dulux, Emulsion paint, Exterior paint, Farrow & Ball, Fence paint, Fillers, Floor paint, Furniture paint, Glues & adhesives, GoodHome, Hammerite, Interior paint, and Interior woodcare once these items have been opened or used.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
